this script touched my soul :)) it described literally all my feelings I had about my journey and gave me stuff to think about. It's soooo validating to see my experience treated honestly and openly... the previous part made me a little sickly but this one absolutely shattered my fears and showed me the beauty of queer futures... it made me feel beautiful <3

Bleak-Creep responds:

Awww, I'm happy to hear it! I'm trans myself, and so is my boyfriend, so when I first sat down and starting writing these, I just wanted to make something for the two of us, but as I got further into it, I tried to incorporate other people's experiences too.

Best of luck in everything! :)

as a transwoman who came out to her girlfriend and best friend of 10 years I felt this

Bleak-Creep responds:

Awww....that's adorable. I do hope you'll finish the series! The next one is admittedly emotionally rough, but I promise everything turns out in the end! :)

Love the linework, and its an incredibly expressive animation. It would look even better with colors in that same style.... but also, I'm not an animator and have no right to be like "lol just add color" because that's a lot of time and effort. Still, great animation.

GeeGuy responds:

thank you very much, I didn’t color it because I wanted this to be a simple video of a simple situation, but then it went and the result was this, I swear I’m going to make an animation like that but with colors!

For a learner, this is pretty good. I especially like when he drops his skateboard at the end. Regarding critiques, if you're using a beefy animation suite, I'd look into using a motion tween for when the skateboarder moves along the ramp. Additionally, when he kicks off towards the ramp, I think the stick figure's movement is kind of garbled. I couldn't really tell what was going on until I saw it through a few times. But overall, I think its a great learner animation—much better than what I did when I was trying to learn haha.

TheViber responds:

I appreciate that all very much! As I am a learner, I will be practicing very much! But thank you for your comment and checking this out! I really appreciate it, I still don't really know how to do a motion tween, but I'll check that out and most likely try to practice that!

I have really loved doing animations for the past few months, so I'm happy with my animation with your review! Thank you.

Within the first 5 seconds I knew this was going to be amazing. Splendid job by everyone involved. One of the best things to come out of Wyoming.

Edit: Did not come out of Wyoming. Whoops.

Griffinflash responds:

Thank you for the comment. I just want to add, this is Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada. However I have now learned there is a Sheridan Wyoming, so that's cool.

But once again thank you!

Sorry for any confusion.

what fucking year was this made??? i love it.

Lockheartz responds:

thank u i started it a few months ago!

Wish these episodes were twice as long haha I love these snippets of plot and now I’m invested

X-RL7 responds:

Tunes and audio production were spot on! However, not sure what the perspective of the story is yet. Something about being anti-cancel culture, but I'm not sure how relatable it is to the political moment in which I am living in the US (Omega seems to hate the taste of boot leather, where as anti-cancel culture commentary in the US is generally directed towards the flavor of boot leather) Despite my confusion, I was hooked enough to want to continue the series, so I hope that my questions are answered as it progresses!

X-RL7 responds:

Thanks for watching and for the nice comments! I'm glad you're enoying the series! Omega's concern is more along the lines of.. when actions which are done under the NAME of something can no longer be discussed objectively or questioned simply because they are under that name/cause, even if those actions might appear contradictory to that cause or somehow flawed. Hope that helps! :)

this felt good to watch while baked. the voice sounded so culturally neutral and esoteric. Like, it's not really Irish, not really Spanish, but the continuum is only populated by those flavors. My brain felt tipsy like I was walkin hunched over. it was good.

RustyRomantic responds:

hehe, yes the bake will allow the auditory/visual intoxication to ensue with maximum efficiency
