Well, moving to my first house with my fiance. We will be leaving a 4 person, 2 bed situation and moving into our own house. On top of that, the house has unfinished space above the garage—a loft. That is where I will be hoarding my goblin den; I'll finally be able to shit out music at a pace I'm happy with. It only took like 6 years.
